5-6 potatoes, baked and slightly cooled 1 cup sour cream salt pepper garlic salt cheese (optional)
Cut a little slice off the top of the potatoes. Scoop the potato out and put the pieces in a bowl. Add the sour cream, salt, pepper, and garlic salt. Mix well either by hand or with a mixer. Scoop the potato mixture back into the potato shells - you'll have to pile it up. Put potatoes in a pan, add cheese if you're using it, and bake at 400 degrees F for 20-25 minutes.
