BlueBerry Ice Cream Yield about 1 quart
5 egg yolks 2 cups heavy cream 1/2 cup water 1 tablesp vanilla flavoring 1/2 teasp white stevia powder 4 cups fresh blueberries Blend all of the ingredients except the blueberries, together in a large bowl, then refrigerated for 45 to 60 minutes or until chilled.
Pour the chilled mixture into an ice cream maker and follow directions for freezing
Wen the mixture has started to become firm, fold in the blueberries, then continue to freeze.
