Lately I've been replenishing our dehydrated foods we ate from from last year. We have two dehydrators we bought from Walmart (cheap) they have different settings so you can't burn up your stuff. I'm working on sliced carrots, sliced zucchini, broccoli, cabbage, onions, potatoes, bell peppers, hot peppers, celery, sliced apples, bananas, blueberries, strawberries right now. Gotta get off here and fill by dehydrators so they can be working while I go do something else. That's the good thing about having two, or even three dehydrators, you can put a lot in them and actually get something accomplished. Ideally, four would be best if you have the room to store that many dehydrators. It's just something you want to get done, and have your pantry stocked up. Have fun!!
