Good Morning~I just started on a diet a couple of weeks ago and got off 19 pounds. Hope it keeps coming off, it would be nice to be thin. My veggies are so late getting planted this year. We're having to use plastic barrels that are sawed in half and filled with dirt. I can't bend over so easily as when I was younger, and appreciate having the plants up off the ground. So far we have cucumbers, pumpkin, collards, lettuce,eggplant, tomatoes, peppers, rosemary, oregano, basil, mint, papayas, bananas, chaya, chayote, ginger, tamarind, parsley. Soon to add radishes and a couple kinds of squash. Would be nice if someone else would post once in a while. Elaine

Congrats on the weight loss. What kind of diet are you on? I need to loose quite a few pounds in my stomach...I have a barrel body and toothpick legs and arms. Hard to get rid of it.

Hi Peggy, I bought the Michael Thurmond diet, the one who helped people lose weight on extreme makeover. It's worth it for all the great tipe and all. He teaches how to breathe properly to get rid of a pot belly, yeah breathe. Elaine
