Low Cholesterol Baking Mix recipe
9 cups sifted flour 1/3 cup baking powder 1/4 cup granulated sugar 1 tablespoon salt 2 teaspoons cream of tartar 2 cups nonfat dry milk 1 pound non-cholesterol butter
Combine dry ingredients in large bowl; mix well. Cut in butter until crumbly. Store in airtight container in refrigerator. Use in same manner as packaged biscuit mix.
Yield: 13 cups mix
