Ingredients:
1 pound ground meat, browned and crumbled, seasoned to taste Gravy made with the meat juices OR 1 can cream of chicken, mushroom or celery soup, undiluted 1/2 bag frozen peas approximately 1/2 bag frozen Tater Tots shredded/grated cheese Preheat the oven to 450 defrees F. Put the Tater tots in the bottom of a casserole dish or pan, covering the bottom. Combine the meat, gravy or soup, and peas. Pour them over the Tater Tots. Sprinkle the cheese over the top of the casserole. Bake for 25 minutes or until cheese is starting to brown. Yum! (Note: the recipe I got called for the soup but I don't buy cream soup much...I prefer homemade gravy. You can also substitute green beans, broccoli, or any other veggie you'd like for the peas.)
