My family loves this. It's so easy too!
I like to make a big breakfast at least one day a week. I make WAY more than we could possibly eat. After breakfast I start bread dough (any recipe is fine) so the yeast can get going, then the dough can get rising all while I'm cleaning up from breakfast and washing all the dishes. Once the dough is ready I break it up and work the dough out flat like long thin pizza crusts. About 4 x 8 inches or so. Not an exact science. Load up the top of the dough(not too high you're going to roll it) with the extra already cooked breakfast fixings. Scrambled eggs, sausage, bacon, ham, sauteed vegetables, cheese. Then roll up the bread, press it closed so everything stays inside and bake it until light brown (you don't want to over do it it will cook a little more when you reheat it). You don't want them too thick or they won't cook through to the middle. I bake them at 350 for about 20 min. Once cooked if they are going to be eaten in a day or two keep them in the fridge. They freeze great too. Wrap them tightly and freeze them. Take them out to defrost the night before so you aren't' trying to cook them from frozen. A great breakfast especially when you have to grab it and go.

I wanna come over to your house Lizzie!! We hardly ever do breakfast at our house, unless we actually wake up early enough to make it before hopping in the car to go pick up my parents for church Sunday mornings!!! Now that would be great for mornings like that to just heat and eat and run!!!! Elaine/Happycat

Oh, I am a totally jealous pig now !!!! Can't have bread, can't have sausage, watching every little bite going in my mouth so I can make my doctor smile instead of give me "that look" on Monday!!! Elaine/Happycat

I rarely eat bread Elaine. I did make a small one of these for me though just with the sauteed veggies and some cheese.
I had Gastric Bypass surgery in April and I changed how I eat after that. I now eat mostly meat, cheese, TONS of veggies, fruit and whole grain carbs. I no longer eat sugar, pasta or rice and very very rarely white bread.
