I can see where people come read the posts, so I know you're out there. Not sure why no one ever posts, but hey, thats okay.
If you ever wonder where there is a cheap place to get a Brazilian hammock, here's the place. They are the most comfortable hammocks I've ever slept in and these are the cheapest prices around www.hammock-company.com/jobek-brazilian-hammocks.asp
Where I grew up in Alaska, a hammock was the first bed a baby had until they began rolling and trying to get out, but I never noticed anyone making them for sale. They were only constructed out of blankets and ropes. So easy to swing a fussy baby and dirt cheap as well.
I'll post some other information that I put on my group this morning in case you may need it.
Wondering how you are all doing getting ready for emergencies. Seems like many are living in a state of emergency already, due to loss of jobs, extremely low income or displacement for whatever reason.
Yeah, some of you are going to smack me up side of the head and say "We're already doing this"!!! But there are many who haven't prepared or who are just getting the idea that something should be done, but might not know what.
Here's some ideas:
--solar cooking/baking and here are some links to help www.solarovens.org/ (readymade oven w pots and water pasturizer and recipes), www.solarcooking.org/plans/ to build one yourself

--really good resources www.backwoodshome.com/ be sure to look on the left hand side and read back issues. Tons of information.
-- What is a good substitute for eggs?
a little more than 1 tbs applesauce for each egg needed, or
a.. 2 tbsp cornstarch = 1 egg
a.. 2 tbsp arrowroot flour = 1 egg
a.. 2 tbsp potato starch = 1 egg
a.. 1 heaping tbsp soy powder + 2 tbsp water = 1 egg
a.. 1 tbsp soy milk powder + 1 tbsp cornstarch + 2 tbsp water = 1 egg.
a.. 1 banana = 1 egg in cakes.
a.. 1 tbsp milled flax seed and 3 tbsp water = 1 egg. Light, fluffy cakes!
Homemade egg substitute recipe
Homemade egg substitutes are less expensive and just as satisfactory. They also have few calories. Here's a low cholesterol egg substitute recipe:
1 tablespoon of nonfat dry milk powder
2 egg whites from large eggs
4 drops of yellow food color
Sprinkle powdered milk over egg whites, then beat them with fork until smooth. Add food color, and beat until blended. This makes 1/4 cup, which is equal to 1 large egg. If you use this homemade substitute for scrambled eggs, cook it in vegetable oil or margarine so the eggs won't be too dry.
