With the money from selling our big furniture, we went to Walmart tonight and bought a little flat screen computer moniter. I'm so glad we did, because that big honkin moniter we had would never fit in that little bitty RV. Although TV is not my thing, we'll try to save for a flat TV for the wall, where a mirror used to be. Going to have to dream up some ways to store food in that RV. This will be the first time in my life where there was no place to store massive amounts of food, not a real comfort zone for me. So I think there are a couple places I can use, not huge, but may just do, we can eat what might be boring for someone else and call it good. Or make it interesting enough we don't notice. Barley, pasta, and rice are my favorites. Keeping beans, tomatoes, dry sauces, dry cheese sauce, nuts and veggies, some seeds for sprouts, gravies, we're good to go. Discovered Lizzy brand toasted pumpkin seeds today. You can actually chew these little buggers up and swallow them without feeling like it's total roughage(which it is). Very yummy. Will keep them in mind as I put up stuff. Okay, I've rattled on enough......
