TOFU-FRUIT PUDDING
Yield: 4 Servings
1/2 lb Firm tofu 3 tb Honey 1 c Frozen fruit; such as raspberies, strawberries or blueberries
Combine all ingredients in a food processor with a metal blade.
Process until smooth and creamy.
Chill for at least an hour
