I am putting the meats that we either purchase from the store or from the homegrown meats in our back yard, right into the marinades straight into the freezer ziplocks(I double them). My hubby is a meat eater big time and he loves to grill, so now all he has to do is take the meat out the evening before, let it marinate all day in the fridge and then pop it on the grill when he gets home for work!! He love it. Happycat
