How To Make Super Tonic
1 Part fresh chopped White Onions (or the hottest onions available)
1 Part fresh chopped Garlic Cloves
1 Part fresh grated Ginger Root
1 Part fresh grated Horseradish Root
1 Part fresh chopped Cayenne Peppers (or the hottest Peppers available)
Fill a Blender with equal parts of the above chopped and grated herbs. Then fill to 3/4's with raw, unfiltered, unbleached, undiluted Apple Cider Vinegar. Blend vigorously and then top up the vinegar if necessary.
Put the formula in a large jar (like a Mayonnaise Jar or a Pickle jar with a lid).
Begin the formula on the NEW moon (this is not ABSOLUTELY necessary - it just means that the formula will be stronger if you do). Put in a cool dark place.
Shake it at least once a day - three times if possible. Strain through a clean white cotton (no bleach or detergents) and bottle on the FULL moon - approximately 14 days. If you leave it longer - it will just get stronger.
If you can't find the Horseradish or any other ingredient, look in the Ethnic Stores in your area. I use Braggs Apple Cider Vinegar as it is all of the above but if you can find a farmer making his own - Fantastic!
If you have any bone problems, stiff joints etc, then you can add Turmeric. To the above, I add 1 Part Turmeric, as I take Super Tonic regularly - it means I keep up the Turmeric.
Turmeric is anti-inflammatory to the mucous membranes, which coat the throat, lungs, stomach and intestines. Turmeric decreases congestion and inflammation from stagnant mucous membranes. People with the following conditions could benefit from regular use of turmeric: IBS (Irritable Bowel Syndrome), colitis, Crohn's disease, diarrhea, and post-giardia or post salmonella conditions. It can also reduce the itching and inflammation that accompanies hemorrhoids and anal fissures.
This herb would be useful to follow up antibiotic treatments, in addition to acidophilus and garlic. It helps to improve the intestinal flora and acts as an anti-bacterial.
Super Tonic stops most infections and gives you all the benefits of the garlic, etc. It destroys most viruses, bacteria and fungus on contact and helps break up and relieves congestion in the sinus and lungs. Helps relieve the common cold.
If you add Turmeric - strain the Super Tonic through a potato ricer and then let it settle for a day or so. The Turmeric will drift to the bottom.
Siphon off the clear Super Tonic. Put on surgeons gloves if you do not want yellow hands. Take the wet Turmeric at the bottom of the jar and squeeze that through cotton. Be careful as the Turmeric will stain everything in sight.
Add the final squeezed amount to the Super Tonic.
STORAGE - I store my Turmeric Super Tonic in the Fridge in a large jar and keep my dropper bottle outside as it gets very hot but in a normal cool climate - you can leave the Super Tonic in a cool dark location.
DOSAGE - Gargle and swallow from one dropperful to one ounce as many times a day as needed. For a maintenance dose, I take it two or three times a day. We also use it as a great Salad Dressing.
