South Pacific Chicken * 1 chicken, cut up, about 3 pounds * 1 cup water * 1/2 cup vinegar * 1/4 cup soy sauce * 2 cloves garlic, sliced
PREPARATION: Combine all ingredients in slow cooker; Cover and cook on LOW for 6 to 8 hours. Serve chicken over hot cooked rice. Serves 4.
