Then google sweet potato catalog and look see if they have it. If not google the name of the sweet potato variety and see what comes up. Wow. It is your calling in life to find information like this. I had no idea the leaves are edible. Have to add that to my farming notebook.

Yes, I think it's my calling too Peggy. It's something I truly enjoy doing. I'm going to be ordering some sweet potato starts from Michael Porter, he eats the leaves and I trust him to sell me the most tasty variety to grow myself. Elaine
